Current-location shop search

The 100-yen shop map asks for location only after you select “Use my current location” and your browser displays its permission request. Your coordinates are used in your browser to calculate straight-line distance to stores in the Memonza database.

Memonza Japan does not store those coordinates, add them to the page URL, or send them to a Memonza account. You can deny or revoke location permission in your browser and continue searching by city, area, chain, or keyword.

Google Maps

The shop page embeds Google Maps. Loading or interacting with that map connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under Google’s own terms and privacy practices. Opening “Directions” moves you to Google Maps.

External and official-source links

Articles link to venue, hotel, carrier, retailer, and other official websites. Those services operate independently and apply their own privacy and cookie policies. A link does not give Memonza Japan access to your account on the destination service.

Affiliate links

Some articles include clearly disclosed affiliate links. If you make a purchase through one of these links, Memonza Japan may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change our verification standard.

Embedded affiliate content

Selected articles embed a Viator experience widget. Loading a page with this widget connects your browser to Viator and displays content in an embedded frame. Viator may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and the referring page, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy and cookie practices. Memonza Japan does not receive your Viator account or payment details.

Privacy-focused traffic analytics

Memonza Japan uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand anonymous, aggregated traffic such as page views, referring sites, approximate country, browser, device type, and the pages visitors find useful. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and does not associate these statistics with a Memonza account or a persistent personal profile.

We remove query strings before analytics page views are sent. Custom events record limited non-personal actions such as selecting a Travel Type, opening a Viator affiliate link, requesting the nearest 100-yen shop, selecting a store on the map, or opening directions. Events do not include current-location coordinates, typed shop searches, email addresses, payment details, or Viator account information.

Accounts, newsletters, and payments

The current site does not provide user accounts, accept payments, or operate a Memonza newsletter form. Hosting infrastructure and the third-party services described above may still process standard technical and access information under their own policies.

Shared filter links

The shop map can save city, chain, area, “open now,” and typed search filters in the URL so you can bookmark or share a result. Current-location coordinates are never included. Avoid typing personal information into the shop search field, because a copied URL can contain the search words.
